“It’s welcoming and friendly, the team is supportive, and you’re asked to contribute”
Investor in People Report June 2015

One of many positive comments in our Investors in People Report reflecting the strong support for all staff. Our fantastic NQT package in your first year of teaching and the development opportunities in the following years, are some of the reasons that the IiP report goes on to say “The content and pace of the school’s NQT programme and the support provided by mentors is rated highly” with one NQT confirming “You felt supported, not overburdened or pressurised”.

All staff including NQTs, are offered the opportunity to teach across all ages and abilities. NQTs are given an experienced mentor from outside the department to provide support and ensure your NQT year is a successful one.
